Thursford is a unique experience that attracts vast numbers of visitors each year and is located 16 miles southwest of Cromer and 25 miles northwest of Norwich. Home to the world-famous Christmas Spectacular, Santa’s Magical Journey and the world’s largest collection of steam engines and organs, it is also home to Thursford Garden Pavilion, one of Norfolk’s leading wedding and event venues.

Experience the sights, sounds and sensations of the golden age of steam and climb on board and enjoy all the fun of the fairground on their traditional carousels and gondola and marvel at their impressive collection of traction engines. Listen as Robert Wolfe, one of the world’s leading theatre organists plays the mighty Wurlitzer and enjoy backstage tours and watch silent movies. Enjoy refreshments in the barn and shop in their ‘Olde Worlde’ shopping village. There is a play area for children of all ages.

Thursford’s Christmas Spectacular is a magical show and attracts visitors from afar who come to the small Norfolk village to enjoy a cast of over 130 performers who deliver an extravaganza of non-stop singing, dancing, music, humour and variety.

Santa’s Magical Journey is a truly unforgettable experience and a day both young and old will never forget. Visit Father Christmas in the magical setting of Thursford and meet penguins and polar bears, giant sized teddy bears ready to load Santa’s sleigh and busy elves hard at work in the toy factory.
